All purchases of RDP plans are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital services and instant access to resources, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Inability to use the service due to user-side technical issues.
  • Dissatisfaction with server performance after purchase.
  • Partial usage during the billing cycle.

2. Service Delivery

  • Instant Setup: Credentials are delivered automatically within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.
  • User Responsibility: Customers must verify system requirements (OS, RAM, etc.) before purchasing.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your plan at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused days.
  • Servers are terminated immediately upon cancellation.

4. Exceptions (Technical Faults)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The server is physically unavailable for >12 hours due to our infrastructure failure.
  • Core advertised features (e.g., dedicated IP, admin access) are missing.

To request an exception:

  1. Submit a ticket within 24 hours of the issue.
  2. Provide screenshots/logs as proof.

5. What We Offer Instead of Refunds

  • Free Migration: Upgrade/downgrade plans with data transfer assistance.
  • Service Credits: For verified downtime, receive extra days on your next renewal.
  • Technical Support: Priority troubleshooting for unresolved issues.

Scenarios Not Covered

  • ❌ “I need more RAM/CPU” – Upgrade to a higher plan.
  • ❌ “Latency is higher than expected” – Check specs before buying.
  • ❌ “I installed incompatible software” – Reinstall OS for a fee ($5).
